ITEE-2019 Proceedings will be produced with all the accepted papers. Publication will be included in Russian Science Citation Index. Selected papers will be reviewed for the Scopus indexed publication (authors will be charged special fee).
Conference participation is free of charge (except for the Scopus publication).
